Description

This inspection and handling fee applies when multiple control modules or a complete network setup is sent to EDEN ECU for inspection, diagnosis, programming, repair or synchronization, but the customer chooses not to continue with the quoted work after assessment.

This fee covers the additional time required to inspect, handle and assess a multi-module setup and includes PostNet return to the customer. Customers should contact EDEN ECU first so they can be advised which modules need to be removed and sent in.
