This inspection and handling fee applies when a single control module is sent to EDEN ECU for inspection, programming, repair or synchronization, but the customer chooses not to continue with the quoted work after assessment.

The fee covers the time spent inspecting and handling the module and includes PostNet return to the customer. Customers should first contact EDEN ECU before sending any module, so the correct process and requirements can be confirmed.
